Cheese cake made by me!!

 Introduction

The authorof this recipe is "Katherine" and her nickname is "Kate".

Also, her dog is named "Cookie", and the title of the blog was based on those.

Her recipes are easy and mostly vegetable-based.

Among the many recipes introduced, I chose a basque cheesecake that seemed fun and easy to make.

Preparation

I started by gathering materials.

The quantity notation is different in Japan and overseas, so I had to recalculate everything myself.

Also, since I just started living alone, so I didn't have any tools....

So I borrowed it from a friend and prepared somehow.

Also, I followed the recipe steps exactly.

It was easy to mix and bake, so there was no need to change it. 

 

 

 

Problems and improvements

The recipe I chose was easy to make, but I ended up with lumps...

I think it's because of the temperature difference between the cream cheese and the eggs.

So I think it will be improved by returning the cream cheese and the eggs to room temperature.

It's a simple recipe that just mixes and bakes, so I'd like to fix the improvements and make it more delicious!!!

 

 

Importance of video

I think it's very important that the recipe has a video or picture, and it was actually very helpful. 

By watching the video of the actual making, we can easily imagine the time when we are making it.

In fact, I have failed to cook without watching the video. 

At the time, I made a mistake in the order in which the ingredients were added, but had I watched the video, I would not have made the mistake.

So what I'm trying to say is that videos are important when it comes to cooking!!

 

 

Final evaluation and summary

Overall rating for this recipe is 5 out of 5!!

I don't usually make sweets, so it was fun as a distraction.

It came with a video, was very easy, and was the perfect recipe for those who didn't want to take the time to do it.

Also, I learned several things from this recipe.

First, the amount of ingredients in overseas recipes is very large lol.

Second, I learned how useful the videos with recipes are.

When i make recipes, I want to think about the people who make them, paying attention to even the smallest steps.
